OFFICIAL VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Volunteers two per team (or one who completes two shifts, or one who works as an Exchange Chief) must be registered in the TEAM REGISTRATION DATABASE in the specified field of the online database by 8/29/2008.
- Volunteers must also be listed in the VOLUNTEER DATABASE by 8/29/08
- Both volunteers must sign waivers and submit them with the team waivers on or before race day.
- Must be able to fulfill volunteer assignment: approximately four to six hours consecutive hours in length.
- Must be flexible and willing to fulfill any assigned volunteer time throughout the entire 32+ hour race length. This means some volunteers will be working between the hours of midnight and dawn.
- Must provide their own transportation to and from volunteer assignment location.
- Must agree to never abandon volunteer position until excused by Colorado Relay Staff.

| We have volunteer positions also at pre-race events, start line, and finish line for volunteers who are unable to meet the "race day" requirements. |

Colorado Relay
NOTE: Teams are encouraged to request assignments. All Volunteers MUST ALSO be added to the Team Registration Database. Assignments and duty times will be finalized two weeks prior to the race. Volunteers will be given specific instructions and information regarding their assignment. Please attend the volunteer meeting.
