2009 ROUTE .TPO AND .GPX FILES

Specific files that help teams navigate through the race are available on this page. .tpo files (specific to National Geographic Mapping software, called TOPO!). They contain waypoints (coordinates), routes and notes about the race. Users of TOPO! can view profiles of elevation gain and loss for their legs, view video style flyovers of the route and download the information directly to their GPS units either for the entire team or for individual legs.

GPX files are also available here and can be uploaded to most GPS units for waypoints along each leg. GPX files do not require TOPO!.
