DATES AND STARTING TIMES
The 2008 Colorado Relay will be held on Friday, September 12 and finish on Saturday, September 13. Awards ceremony will begin promptly at 11am on Saturday.
Start Times
Start times for the Colorado Relay will be staggered, depending on your team's ability and the Race Director's desire to ensure you beat the cutoffs but do not arrive in prior to the opening of the GO FAST! Finish Line or other exchange points. Team Captains can request an appropriate start time by entering it in the database in the space provided on their team entry form in the database.

Teams must Check-In to finalize registration, turn in waivers, check safety equipment, receive legbooks and handbooks and receive final instructions and route information. Check in for your wave may begin one hour prior to your wave. Team captains must attend the pre-race briefing 20 minutes prior to their wave and must be checked in at that point.
*Check-in may be done the day before the Race at the Rally Dinner.
The official starting times will be posted on the Teams Page on September 8th, 2008. Starting Time determination of the Race Director is final. Failure to start at your designated time may result in disqualification or time penalty. In requesting your start time please consider the following:
- It is required that all teams begin the Georgia Pass leg by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 12. (See rules and requirements for more details)
- It is required that all teams begin the leg over Vail Pass by 11:00 p.m.on Friday, September 12.
- At best, you want your team to cross the finish line between 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
- Please take into consideration that your team will be running at high altitude.
 Directions to the GO FAST! Starting Line:
The GO FAST! Starting Line will be Georgetown, CO. Directions to overnight parking for vehicles left in Georgetown will be available in August.
All team members must be present at the starting line until your first runner begins!
